Today we are gonna talk about the Mercedes Benz AMG C 63 S, the model which made people watch in awe as it passed it through road.

Mercedes Benz AMG C 63 S, it is a luxury sports sedan with lots of power and so much torque going to the back wheels. Yes, exactly what you want from a sports sedan.

Looks and Features

Let’s start with the looks and feature, in looks, she is gorgeous and pretty to look at. All LED front lamps and also the tail lamps are stunning,
If you’re thinking that it will look same as all the C class that you are not that off the mark. In first glance, you will think of it as same as the normal C class but, when you start to pay attention to details you can find the big difference.

Like front grills and splitter, the back diffuser with AMD batches, V8 bi-turbo batch on the side with 19-inch standard allows wheels which add to the sporty looks and the edges and muscular contour are an impressive visual demonstration of its enthralling power, wooo!

There are few bits of carbon fibre on body adding to the sportiness like rear spoiler strip. And the interior is same as standard C class except for front bucket seats which are supportive. Still interior looks exigent and has an appealing presence of a place where you would like to be.

If you are buying this I think there are few optional extras which you must consider, and you should buy it.
Like front splitter, rear diffuser, carbon fibre finish on the central dashboard to also give it sport feel inside. It feels really good inside, whether you are riding it or as a passenger.

As true AMG is a wolf in the sheep’s clothing and for me, full black AMG looks a bit of the beast.
It is just waiting to reveal itself from that clothing are tear everyone on the road.
But in the interior, the infotainment system looks a bit out-dated both its interface and looks. Rear seats are good and comfortable.

The coupe looks even good but not so much for rear seat passengers as it takes lots of headroom. Luggage space is good and it has also got the keyless entry feature with an ambient light inside.

Performance and Dynamics

Let’s talk about the performance and dynamics. This AMG has got a new suspension and some sticky wide tyres and it has even got an inch longer wheelbase adding to the stability. But it doesn’t have the old 6.2 l v8 best heart, and what it has got is a 4l twin turbo v8. But even think that this beast can be tamed easily.

It is still a maniac who loves to go sideways, if you do not care full in a corner, not a pro and still thinking that poking a beast and you won’t get in a trouble then you are sadly mistaken, just a slight mistake either you will go off the track or you will be going back word at the end of the corner.

She has 510 bhp and 700 Nm torques which goes to the back wheels by an electronic slip differential which makes it do 0-100 kph in just 4 seconds but, only when launched in dry and non-slippery condition with launch control on else you will just spin the rear tyres off. Still, 700 is huge and it gives it a muscle car feel.

It has got a 7-speed automatic gearbox, it is much better than before but not even close to the dual clutch gearbox. And it now has full electric steering wheel which has good weight at given time and is direct and has precession but it is bit num. But all the complaints can be ignored when you put your foot down, the brute force and sound are addictive and the power and torque come from as low as 2k rpm. But it doesn’t mean AMG has not given way to tame it.

It has got different modes by which you can change the throttle response suspension setup steering response even the traction control system can be fully turned off.

But if you are not a professional then I will suggest for sports handling mode which gives a bit of drift and helps you get back online before you go out of control. But, if you have an empty track or a big parking lot you can go mad with it if you have an extra set of tyres before starting it.

I have to say this car can change personality really fast and well if you want her to be quiet and comfortable and well behaved as well, she can do it and another second she can be a tyre ripping monster which can turn your both back wheels to smoke without a sweat. But I can suggest you if you like the sound you can ask for the optional extra for better and louder sound and keep it on forever, as it has a soundtrack you would love to hear.

Final verdict:

Looks and design: 9/10
Specs & features: 9/10
Dynamics & performance: 9/10
Safety & quality: 9/10

A great combination of sports and luxury, which has a great presence on road and on track, and it will not disappoint you rather it will bring a big smile to your face. It can also cruse long distance with great comfort and ease.

Ducati Monster 797/797+ Review

Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, MV Agusta and Yamaha; what do these names have in common. Yes, boys, these are all sports bike company.
The world of super sports bikes is rapidly expanding, the race to be the fastest and the best is always on.
We have all heard about the Ducati, and if you have not, then just go away. Seriously bro, why?

Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. is the motorcycle-manufacturing division of Italian company Ducati, headquartered in Bologna, Italy.
The company is owned by German automotive manufacturer Audi through its Italian subsidiary Lamborghini, which is in turn owned by the Volkswagen Group. Oh gosh, everything is owned by Volkswagen!

Ducati is best known for high-performance motorcycles characterized by large-capacity four-stroke, 90° V-twin engines with a  desmodromic valve design
Ducati refers to this configuration as L-twin because one cylinder is vertical, while the other is horizontal, making it look like a letter "L".

Ducati monster 797, Ducati’s entry-level monster and, its back to basics you can call it the baby monster. Just like the 1st monster which they made, you can say it is like a tribute.
Ducati monster now acts like a sub-brand, you don’t have to say it’s a Ducati monster, just by saying monster it’s enough to strike fear and, everyone will know what you are talking about.

The first impression of this bike by just looking at it will be like; boy it looks like a beast ready to tear up the road and destroy everyone around. They have tried to make it close to the 1st naked sports. It doesn’t mean it is not sporty enough, just by looking at it you can say it is ready to ravage all the roads ahead.

It has side-mounted back suspension which some might think is at the wrong place but, it well settled up, the triangular shaped back swing arm adds to the look. Big muscular fuel tank with bit down ducked headlamps add to the monster looks. From any angle you look at it, she is aggressively gorgeous, and I love the way she looks.

Performance

Let’s talk about the performance, even though it’s a monster the seating position is not that aggressive. Its bit between aggressive and relaxed which helps for the riders who like to cruise long distance, end even the seats are comfortable at any kind of road and off-road.

The seat is a bit high so, short riders might have to be on their toes when the bike is still, while you're the seat on it, it won’t affect your driving experience. Even the front suspensions are bit soft then normal giving you a comfortable ride and back suspension is 3 way adjustable.

An engine is same as you will find on scrambler, but it doesn’t mean there is no monster inside to tear everyone apart.

Somehow the engine in monster feels a bit more active then it feels in the scrambler. Still, there is not much punch in the monster, still a bit less than the least which is accepted by the monster. But engine response is smooth and linear and confidence-inducing and inspiring. Because of this, it lacks traction control system or different modes, you just have to get on it start your engine and get going.

This bike has even got Brembo breaks which have a really good bite. And chassis balance up to the mark what you look in a Ducati, which means you can corner with ease. still, they could have given it oil cooled instead of air cooled as in traffic and in hot areas you might feel it. You can say that it is the best entry level sports bike.

But on the highway when you start going above 80 kph you can feel wind pressure, it’s not much an issue as you can get in aggressive position but it can be a bit tiring especially for first-timers, so, I will recommend you to go for 797+ as it has got few additional accessories. And the monster is a bit low on sound in both you can hear it when you will be it but still it goes with touring feeling as it is a baby monster.

Price: 8,75,000 to 8,85,000 INR (ex-showroom)

Final verdict:

Looks and design: 9/10
Specs & features: 8/10
Dynamics & performance: 9/10
Safety & quality: 8/10
After-sale service: 7/10

Best suited for people who are new to the sports bike and looking for a bike with looks and power it is the best choice.
For short riders, if you can manage yourself on a red signal and in traffic go for it. And I will suggest you go for 797 +.

Still, as it is a monster I would have liked if it had lot more punch and more powerful sound.

Porsche 718 Boxster Review

Porsche one of the best sports cars making company; if you are into cars and you don’t know about this company you are not really into cars.

Porsche is known for making best handling cars or you can say 'driver’s cars'. In which Porsche 718 is the cheapest one you can have, but in 718 the most appealing one is Boxter as it is a convertible.

They are well known for 6 cylinders straight 6 engine and the melody of the noise which is placed at the back, but still, they make their cars so well balanced.

Porsche AG is a German automobile manufacturer concentrated in high-performance sports cars, SUVs and sedans. It is headquartered in Stuttgart and is owned by Volkswagen AG. Porsche's current lineup includes the 718 Boxster/Cayman, 911, 918 Panamera, Macan and Cayenne.

In a survey conducted by the Luxury Institute in New York, Porsche was awarded the title of "the most prestigious automobile brand". 500 households with a gross annual income of at least $200,000 and a net worth of at least $720,000 participated.

Porsche won the J.D. Power and Associates Initial Quality Study (IQS) in 2006, 2009, 2010, and 2014.

4th generation Boxster

Now let’s talk about Boxter, it is the 4th generation Boxster. In terms of looks, it has not changed much especially from the front, but you can notice it much better from back, still, even from the front, there are minor changes which add up making it look better.
Even the interior has got some changes, and it has got some feel which makes you be there, and when the roof goes down it’s the best feeling you can have unless you start the engine and hear it.

This 718 has got 4 cylinders turbocharged engine instead of their masterpiece 6 cylinders, and you can tell it by the sound and it really spoils the mood.

Removing 6 cylinders and replacing it with 4 cylinders is like changing the soul of the car, yes it will help in giving better mileage. But in a convertible sound does matter.

Performance

Let’s talk about performance. Yes it has got fewer cylinders and it's turbocharged, but it doesn’t mean it lacks the capacity to punch hard. It is lighter than before and bit more power and torque is added, which means it accelerates a bit harder than before and has bit higher top speed. It’s not just the acceleration but also the way it handles the corners, it can go harder and faster in a corner and get out of their really well.

It is still a drivers cars, if you take the exhaust sound out of the picture for once it is better than before. you can even hold the drift and it will bring a big smile on your face whenever you drive it and you can easily take this car to its limit. Even if you accidentally cross the limit it is easy to get it back under your control.

You can even take it for a track day and can have huge fun.

Great car as expected by Porsche great fun to drive and she looks beautiful.
If you're looking for great sports cars with the open roof and great fun to drive on any road this is your car. I will suggest it over Cayman as both cars are same, and just the difference of roof It is up to you and you can choose either of them.

Just don’t expect the sound to feel heavenly. Other than that it is the best choice.
